I set to work at a neighbor couple's request for me to design and build a bookcase, based
on a wine cabinet they had seen. Using Mahagony wood, the design incorporated diagonal shelves for books and horizonal shelves for decor. 
A grooved routing technique on the top, bottom, and side edges added interest, and softened the appearance of this large furniture piece.
The couple was delighted with the results, and enjoy showing it to family and friends!
