​1. INITIAL CONSULTATION:

    The process begins with a consultation where customers discuss their ideas, needs, and preferences

with us. This may include providing specific dimensions, style preferences, and any desired features.

2. PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

    Non-refundable deposit upfront, a progress payment during the build, and a final payment upon                  completion.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT:​

    Based on the consultation, we create sketches to visualize the proposed design. 

4. MATERIAL SELECTION:

    We work together to select materials that meet the desired aesthetic and quality standards. 

5. CRAFTSMANSHIP:

    All of our pieces are built using superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, and use of high-quality materials. You will be shown work-in-progress as the project moves forward.  

6. FINISHING:

    Once the piece is assembled, it undergoes completion, including sanding, staining, or painting, to achieve the desired look. 

7. QUALITY CHECK:

    A thorough quality check is conducted before the furniture is delivered to ensure it meets the customer's expectations. 

8. DELIVERY:

    We carefully wrap your custom-made furniture, and crated it, when necessary. Freight insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest that you include it. 

9. BESPOKE:

    Wonder Woodworking offers bespoke services to individual clients, and interior designers; where every  detail of the pieces comply with precise specifications required for placement of theclient's new furniture.
